距離比薩斜塔很近的飯店，設施漂亮可惜WiFi 很不穩定接駁車假日每小時一班，可能不怎麼準時吧，原本等了20分鐘後，為了趕搭火車，最後還是請飯店代訂計程車前往火車站

The location of the hotel is in a great place, quiet and you can see the tower in the distance which is about a 15 minute walk away! The reception area and foyer are nice and spotlessly clean. The pool area and garden are great and the staff there were very friendly and attentive! Our room was large and perfectly fine, however there were a couple of electrical sockets not working and the bathroom/ shower in particular were showing their age and not in the best condition it took ages for the water to drain which made the floor really slippery and it was badly discoloured , they could do with an update!

Mooi hotel, kamer was netjes werd ook inderdaad gepoetst en nieuwe handboeken. Jammer van douche ruimte die was minder. Kit en de randen waren geel putje was vies. Had ook sluitdop van bidet en wasbak was stuk. Ook kwam ik erachter na 4 dagen dat mijn duur niet goed sluit. Kon hem zo open duwen. Werd wel allemaal meteen opgelost en was de zelfde dag nog gemaakt. Voor de deur kreeg sleutel dat zelf opslot kon maken. Bediening was super, leuk en aardige personeel.

Hotel and service amazing!!! Beautiful surroundings the pool area was lovely. Restaurant is very reasonably priced and great pasta. Cocktails fab👌🏻The only downside to the 訂房網站 was given a ground floor disability room which we never asked for ( I feel like this happens a lot these days) and therefore a bathroom that gets soaked just having a normal shower

總的來説遇到奇葩所謂星級酒店，加平台不擔責。在平台搜尋酒店，錄入一成一小童，平台顯示推薦這家酒店，同時頁面顯示房型也是兩人入住雙人房。我和我的孩子預訂時也加註兩人床兩個人入住。之後到了酒店，前台貌似印度籍或亞洲其他籍（懂的都懂）的傲慢服務人員立刻要我的孩子加30歐元，讓我非常不解，我説為什麼我們定的明明是兩人床衹含一人？他説，另一個床是放行李的！之後我要求提供加收30元的收費政策，他就拿不出來證據，強硬的説就是這樣。之後我立刻聯繫訂房網站，讓我失望的是，他們的海外部在與酒店溝通過程中沒有任何合作地位，還是跟我重複酒店規則，直到我強調平台也是有訊息誤導的責任，才答應我次日給予回覆，理由是國內時間是半夜無法處理，這個時候我和我的孩子在前台，臨近半夜時間已經等了兩個小時。最後無奈我們住進了酒店。藉此評論勸退定該酒店的，最好定海外酒店用海外的平台，訂房網站海外還需加強。

Good hotel, one big minor was the breakfast, when it’s not even full need to wait very long for a coffee, only one machine operational. For the rest good breakfast and very helpful staff

Ci siamo fermati in questo hotel per passare la nottein quanto eravamo in viaggio verso nord. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile, camera bellissima e pulitissima. Solo complimenti. Se avremo l'occasione di tornare a Pisa, sicuramente la nostra scelta del soggiorno cadrà su questo hotel. Grazie!

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The first room had a shattered glass panel and a completely blocked drain — shocking for any hotel. After changing rooms, I discovered bed seams crawling with bed bugs. I suffered at least 20 painful bites, developed severe allergic reactions. I immediately contacted the hotel — no reply, no apology, no compensation. It’s absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. This hotel is a serious threat to guests' health and safety. Stay away!

Bellissimo hotel, le camere pulite il bagno SPAZIOSO.una struttura veramente bellissima. Lo staff gentile e disponibile. L'unica cosa che non ci è piaciuto è che il parcheggio della struttura è a pagamento 15€... Del resto tutto ottimo
